Due to continued growth Wise Green Energy are seeking a dedicated Electrician to join our team in Norfolk to install solar PV, batteries and heat pumps. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and possess the necessary electrical skills and knowledge to contribute to installing our suite of renewable energy technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Electrical installation of heat pumps, batteries, EV chargers and solar panels and associated equipment on residential or commercial properties
- Ensure all electrical connections are properly made and meet safety standards
- Demonstrate electrical knowledge to assemble and install solar components
- Supported growth of knowledge and qualifications in various renewable energy technologies
- Progression to management of the company's electricians

Requirements:
- Fully electrically qualified, 18th edition is essential
- Good working knowledge and experience of heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage (EV charging points are a bonus). Training will be provided should you not have experience in all technologies
- Driving license (van and fuel card provided)
- Happy to travel to sites around the Norfolk & Suffolk area
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Manage junior electrician or apprentice
- Work alongside our roofer

We’re hiring!! 🗣️
Due to continued growth, Wise Green Energy, a local family run renewable energy business, are urgently recruiting an experienced administrator/customer service specialist to join our project management team.

This busy role will require strong organisational and problem solving skills for dealing with renewable energy product servicing and remedial works.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers and trades people to book appointments and ensure works carried out are completed within a dedicated timeframe and to customer satisfaction.

Confidence liaising with customers and strong people skills are required to be successful in this varied position.

Knowledge of renewable energy products would be helpful, however full training will be given to those who have not had previous experience working within this fast growing sector.

This position is for between 16-20 hours per week and offers a flexible working pattern around the core office hours of 9-5pm. This position is office based in Norwich.
