Today we held our annual Autumn Budget event at Bawburgh Golf Club. Joined by nervous and somewhat unsettled guests, our specialist Tax team talked their way through yesterdays Budget and delved a little deeper into what this means moving forward.

It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Every year our staff dig out their best pink clothes and come to work supporting the campaign for Breast Cancer Now. And this year was no exception!

The goal is that by 2050, everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live, and be supported to live well.

Students at Lovewell Blake have celebrated an unprecedented result in the latest round of ICAEW exams. In a record breaking performance, every student from the firm who sat their final exams have qualified as Chartered Accountants.

Senior Partner Simon Watson, pictured above with the newly qualified group, commented that: ‘We are extremely proud of this achievement and are excited to see this cohort continue their careers at Lovewell Blake as qualified Chartered Accountants.’

Leading meteorologist Chris Bell will be exploring the science and impacts of climate change on agriculture during the third joint Lovewell Blake/NFU Farmers’ Evening of 2024.

Chris will be explaining why the Earth’s climate is warming, including the role of increasing greenhouse gas emissions and the impact that a warmer climate will have both globally and on a more local scale for the UK and East Anglia.

Back in July, Lovewell Blake held a charity golf day at Bawburgh Golf Club. We hosted 20 teams that took to the course, participating in challenges along the way, all to help us raise money for our Lovewell Blake Community Fund.

We're pleased to finally announce that we raised an incredible £10,279.58, this amount includes the match funding £ for £ from the Lovewell Blake partners 👏
