A couple of the installations from last week. Fridays fit was a shutter at Lowestoft, The South Pier. It's a new shop in the arcade.

Another unusual job. The old steel clad doors were heavy and dangerous if the wind caught them. We removed the cladding and narrowed the opening with steel then used the old cladding to recover as it matched the rest of the building. Then we fitted an Aluroll Classic (77mm) roller garage door with Somfy motor, control panel and safety edge giving it full remote control. Quite a transformation.

2 small industrial doors with tube motors fitted on a barn. Key switch operation with internal manual overrides. Our customer can now sleep soundly knowing that his machinery is safe.

Amazing job at Cromer, 15 new aluminium shutters fitted for North Norfolk District Council. We removed the rusty steel shutters and fitted these shutters to protect the windows from stones in storms. The last picture shows the old rusty and seized shutters. All our products carry the new UKCA marking and meet all regulations for safety. We'll done to the amazing team at Norfolk Doors for a quick, efficient and tidy instalation. Nice big electric sectional door, huge difference from the old rotten side sliding timber doors. Doesn't even look like the same garage.

We fitted 5 blackout roller blinds, these are hand crank operated cassette blinds with side tracks and a bottom channel to achieve complete blackout.

Security grilles.
This shop in Holt needed a security on the windows and there was not enough height for normal roller shutters, the solution was to fit CX2 sliding grilles.
These are a good looking security grille with the curved lattice work and can be opened and closed with minimum effort and to top it all they're LPS1175 SR1 Certified with the standard track system.
More impressive is the door system, this is what's called a swivel return. It allows the front door to be secured but with minimum obstruction and no trip hazard.
We can also install complete security cages for valuable items in factories and offices.

Before and after, the old doors had been in for 15 years and were not in the best condition. No safety, failing remotes, 1 temperamental motor and in need of a clean. Nothing that we couldn't fix but our customer decided to have a change. The new compact doors are finished in a painted rosewood finish and complete with full Somfy electrics including safety edges. Another little job at the UEA, we removed some very old and broken blinds and fitted these new ones with wand tilt and cord safety devices for the draw cords.

Another joint venture with Norfolk Doors. Our customer had a 50 year old manual sectional door that was old and dangerous, unfortunately nothing could be done with it.
It was removed and we fitted a powder coated steel industrial roller shutter complete with hold to run electric operation.
An amazing transformation.

Unusual job this one. The side hung doors keep dropping and causing problems. My customer didn't need the full opening so we fitted 2 posts and a 1.2m wide electric roller door with an external manual override. Our customer just has to fill in the sides. With the roll box hidden behind the gable they still had the maximum headroom.

Anthracite seems to be the colour of choice this week. Loads of other colours are available and we don't charge extra for them. You can also mix and match with a coloured door and white guides and roll box. We can even power coat in a colour of your choice, the possibilities are endless.

Today's job, before and after. This old barn is having the far left doors removed and a glazed panel with pedestrian door put in and the other two obviously vastly improved with 2 compact roller doors. It's then going to have the roof tiles sorted. It's going to be an amazing looking barn when it's finished.

We were happy to help out Briston Football Club at the weekend by moving their 2 Dugout's with our big trailer. They were having trouble finding something big enough to put them on so we came to the rescue.

2 more doors fitted and very happy customers. Just the way it should be.

The larger door adds security to what was an open doorway and the smaller is on a new build that will allow access to a high level walkway when complete.

Our doors are made using the best components available, we do not compete on price as this will normally get you a badly fitted, cheap door. At 6.5m wide, this Hormann sectional garage door is the widest garage door we have fitted. It is fully automated with a powerful 1000nm Hormann Supramatic motor complete with remotes and obviously full safety. It has a low headroom track and spring systemallowing the maximum opening height.
