Our chef Hamish recently visited the local cider farm. operate on the outskirts of Norwich, and one of their founders Paul was super super nice supplying lots of cider to experiment with.

Cider cream base using Norfolk Raider’s ‘Wingman’ cider, mozzarella, parmesan, pork and apple meatballs, cider sautéed Norfolk apple slices, and a chive garnish.
