Hey folks, we are about to enter hibernation. Our boy is almost here! However, we do have goodies that need a new home! One last market for 2022 in Crystal Palace of course this Saturday. Over the next two days I am going to post some photos of the remaining plants, so Dm if you want to book anything in advance.

Ah, and one more thing… sales 20-30% Hooray! 🪴

Sunday evening it’s traditionally beauty & hair time.

Don’t forget to water your plants more often during the hot weeks💧 some plants may need water 2 times per week now! check the soil just to be sure for your plant’s needs.

It’s time for replanting!

Get your hands dirty, add fresh compost (remember only peat free!) and dressed up your plants in coir 🪴

Best replanting months are March to May.. so if you have been a lazy bean so far, you still have some time to show some love to your plants

For any help or advice, come on Saturday (14/5) at to meet us 🤍🌱

The 3 lemon story.

It’s a story of appreciation for the positive results (personal and professional), that we don’t take for granted, and the love we receive from the people around us.

The last couple of years have been challenging (for us but for most of the people as well).

But we keep it positive and that’s the main mission of ihaveaplant. We are here to share positive energy, to meet new people in the markets and laugh a lot, to help with your sad plants to bring them back to life and to find plants for your bathroom, wedding and projects.

Have a good Wednesday people.

What is the coir pot?

Coir is a natural fibrous material extracted from the husk of the coconut.

The last couple of years, coir is used as an alternative container to the non-eco plastic pots, providing myriad of benefits both to the plant and the planet.

Here at I have a plant we care about the environment and therefore we use this organic, eco-friendly and natural container for all the plants we deliver from our home to yours. Please do embrace and help make our efforts more sustainable.

Why is it good for the plants?

Coir pot plants undergo ‘aerial root pruning’ helping significantly root allocation. The roots pe*****te the walls of the coir pot and meet the open air.

The coir pot is biodegradable and therefore you can replant it in another pot without removing the initial one! No root disturbance, no transplant shock and no waste.

Yesterday , we’ve been asked from a young plant lover, if the African Milk tree makes milk, if the Coffee Plant makes coffee and if the Marble Pothos gives marble.

I think we all secretly have the same questions.

We had fun and met new people at West Norwood yesterday! 🪴

We will definitely come back!

Thank you for everyone stopping by to say say hi 🤍

This Sunday, the 3rd of April, we are (Save the date). Hooray! This one is the first of the year and we are so excited to be part of it. See you all there 🪴

Do you know that we replant everything (from our little to huge plants) in our coconut coir pots?

Takes time? Yes it does.

But, also:
1. The plants are breathing better
2. You have the control of the drainage
3. The pots are biodegradable- it will eventually be one body with the plants and the roots (so you will have no waste on your next repotting!)

We are getting ready

Meaning:
1. Did plant shopping (oh I want to keep them all for me 🤩)
2. Non-plant shopping (new stuff on the way..)
3. REPLANT everything into our lovely eco coir pots

To-do remaining list:
1. Pictures & website update
2. Order market supplies
3. Get my hair done

Oh, forgot to say, next Saturday 12/02/22 at !!!

(The above were actually my personal notes)

Thank you for following and showing love- we don’t get it for granted.

See you next week.
