We’re seeking to recruit some outstanding new support workers; people with the right values and
behaviours to work within our community care service – could this be you?

No two days are the same. You will be providing anything from:
Supporting clients getting up and going to bed,
Assistance with washing, dressing and grooming
Support with medication
Help with incontinence care
Social calls and domestic calls


Full training given, pay is £11:60 -£13:50
mileage 25ppm,
DBS paid for
Free uniform
Easy access to online training,
Easy use of rota and system on your own phone
Payment towards using our app
Paid Holidays
Social calls avaliable in School hours!
shifts are 6.00am-2pm and 3pm -9.30 pm so we are busy!
No zero hour contracts!

So I announced that myself and Gemma had started our own care company a few weeks ago, things are building nicely and we are in a position to grow the team... we are looking for dedicated and compassionate staff who want to make a difference to the lives of the elderly in our communities... care rate starts at £11:00 per hr , Senior £13:00 per hr , DBS checks will be required , uniforms provided and all training will need to be completed prior to commencing care provision. providing care and support services in the community and residential support services.

We specialise in working with people with mental health needs, older people, people with physical disabilities and people living with dementia.

Miss Tara Suzanne Savidge is one of the Directors and founders of Tender Loving Care at Home Ltd. Tara has several years’ experience of working within the Adult Health and Social Care workforce and successfully leading a team of staff and supporting vulnerable adults and their families.

Tara is passionate about making a difference in the community and aims to provide a high-quality service where people within our community can receive safe, reliable care by a company that genuinely cares about meeting the needs of vulnerable people.
