Destiny Hope Care Services are looking to recruit Carers for Nottinghamshire
Rate of pay:

o Your basic rate of pay is £11.00 an hour

RESPITE CARE
Destiny Hope Services will provide respite care for short term relief for careers caring for their loved ones to give them some time to rest and regain strength to continue.
Our well-trained staff can provide at-home-respite for a short-term relief on regular basis as agreed.
We can also cover emergency respite by providing careers on short notice to cover your unplanned itinerary from few hours to the length of our absence.

In situations of illness, disability or an extended period in residential care, Destiny Hope Care Services can provide a standard re-enabling services for those in hospital awaiting return to their homes after discharge or already at home and in need of extra support.

Your care will be tailoered in accordance to your needs to help you regain those vital skills lost through disability or illness. Your quality of life will be improved through our re-enabling services as you regain independence and avoid prolonged hospital admission.

The period of this service can vary. The service may last from a few days after arriving back home from hospital or through the discharge process.

We will work together with other professionals involved in your care to ensure a good transition from hospital back to your home. We will provide you with qualified nurses, carers, and support workers to meet your needs.
