We would like to share a little about our latest edition to the menu.

Stroopwafels!

If you haven't had the pleasure of getting your chops around one of these yet, we have to say you are missing out! 🤓

These traditional Dutch treats are made from various delicious ingredients including cinnamon and vanilla and flour, all mixed together to make a dough. We place the dough on a special Stroopwafel grill which flattens and cooks the dough into a thin waffle.

Once the waffle is baked, we cut it in half like you would a pitta bread using a specialised tool, and spread a generous helping of Stroop in the middle, before gluing the waffle back together, ready to serve to you guys. 🙌

They are delicious and easy to eat on the go. Many folk put them on top of their coffee and let the steam heat the Stroopwafel to keep it warm. However at Cheekies, you don't need to do that as all of our Stroopwafels are made fresh right their in front of you.

Give it a try folks! You won't regret it ✌️✌️

Catch us this weekend at for their spring market. There will be plenty of traditional market stalls and foodies there set in the beautiful grounds of Strelley 🙌

Thank you to everyone who came an and grabbed our BRAND NEW STROOPWAFELS at today. 🫶 We had one left over so will be chomping on that on the way back to base to cook some more for tomorrow!

Cheeky Pancakes are able to provide two lucky souls with casual hours over weekends and the odd bits in the week too. Our festival season begins in May and we would like to get training underway soon. 😊
