Can’t believe we’ve nearly been back from our camp a week, but here’s a few photos of our final evening celebrating the whole week with our Evening Gala Dinner & presentations. After a full packed programme for the week we finished with a 5 course dinner, followed by speeches from our top table of young people (Toasts, prayers and reflection of the week through the young people’s eyes). A short service followed by our presentations for Team games and Tent Inspection and individual awards. Great fellowship, fun and experiences was had by all. Until next year, Dyffryn we say goodbye and hold all our amazing memories in our hearts to share with all.
Big thanks to West Midland District-Campingcentre for hosting our camp and making it our new camp home. (3 years now)
Also big thanks to our BPFA who work tirelessly to raise funds to help us with some of our activities during the week.

A very busy 16 hour day With a visit to Llandudno for Toboggan, snow tubes and crazy golf, followed by a visit into Llandudno and then back for our traditional chips on the beach but without the beach this year as the weather has beaten us (although we did manager our longest time in 3 years on the beach yesterday). Then team quiz finished by free time and bed 😴. A few photos to share. Hopefully more photo’s or videos of the toboggan to come 🤞🏻

So we’re just finishing our 3rd day of our annual summer camp at our new home in Wales West Midland District-Camping centre with our 1st Nuthall GB and friends from 26th Leeds Boys' Brigade Company. Weather so far has been kind to us and all our activities have been successful.
Just a few photos to share.
Wednesday evening was ours and our 1st Nuthall GB (49 young people) last seesion of the year and we finished in style with 8 different activities in teams and then pizzas & ice cream. ( not together I might add 😂) 1 of out BB senior who also helps in GB made a cake to celebrate the past year and final session. A great time was had by all and I thank all the leaders from both BB & GB that give their time & energy to give all our young people these opportunities each week each year. Most of the leaders can have a rest now for the summers, but 10 of them have 1 more week taking away 21 of our older boys and girls plus 6 from our friends from 26th Leeds Boys' Brigade Company to Wales, so we wish them all a safe and enjoyable week and look forward to the new term starting in September. A big thanks to all parents for all their support and help to bring their child each week and other activities outside of our normal sessions. We wish you all a happy and safe summer. 🥳😎
Just been escorted to the Youth enclosure ready for Trooping the Colour. Ready to see our New Patron. 🥳
27 of our Boys Brigade group went bowling 🎳 tonight for the start of our summer program and a great time was had by all with some fantastic scores.

Our Nottingham Battalion Cross Country was held tonight and we were fortunate to come home with Junior Section team winners, Company Section team winners and Seniors team winners. With overall winners from each Sections too, all the boys did fantastic and should be proud of their achievements. They ran as a team aswell as individuals. There’s 1 or 2 that don’t enjoy the run but always try their best for the Company team. 🏆🏆🏆🥇🥇🥇🥈🥈🥉”Live life to the full”
It’s that time. We’ve travelled to Northern Ireland and ready for the FIFA National Final. ⚽️.
It’s now time for our MasterTeam to go for glory and showcase their knowledge.
We couldn’t be more proud of their achievement. All 3 young men behaved impeccable and in the true spirit of BB and chess. They did their best and some close games which could have gone in their favour but wasn’t to be and for this 1st National final 3rd place is unbelievable out of 75 team entrants from Uk & & ROI. ♟️🥉🥳 They have got rid of their nerves and are hungry to improve next year. A massive thanks to Howard for coaching and guiding the team to their success. 👏🏻
Nearly £1500 raised! 17inches of hair donated to Little Princess Trust - so incredibly proud of both the girls for doing this

First of our National team competitions just started with the Chess final. Slightly different format this year but fingers crossed the team have fun. We’re all proud of well you’ve done so far. 🤞🏻♟️
Well today’s the day! Florence has raised nearly £1400 with gift aid and cash donations which would mean two complete wigs would be able to be made. I am so proud of her doing this as Libby did. I also said if she reached over £1000 I would shave my head - I told my colleagues this yesterday and so they all donated to make sure this happened!

Last night our company and church hosted The Junior Edgar Spencer Trophy and entered 2 teams from our Junior section. The night was made up of 15 timed challenges which was set up, overseen and assisted by our Company Section boys (many had great fun testing out the challenges before hand 😂) It was a great night for other companies to meet and have fun and a chance for the Company section young men to show their leadership skills and even better chance for our Juniors to show their talents and skills and have great fun arranged by our Battalion and organised by Jaime Ellis.
Our Juniors came out 1st & 2nd 🥳
Congratulations to all the teams that took part.
We are extremely saddened to share the news that Fiona Johnston, wife of our Brigade President Dez, passed away over the weekend. As a Brigade family, we invite you to lift up Dez, his three young children and their wider family in prayer at this incredibly difficult time.
Congratulations from all at 32nd Nottingham BB
It had to be him! 👑
Will Perrett laps the field three times to win the men's points race by a mammoth margin! 💪
Congratulations Will Perrett a fantastic race and a big margin win 🥇 🚴🥳
Our table tennis team played in the English/Welsh final tonight and played really well but just didn’t quite have enough to qualify and lost 6-3 to our good friends 26th Leeds. It wasn’t meant to be to have 4 different teams in National finals but they’ll be back next year better and stronger 🥳
Congratulations 26th Leeds Boys' Brigade Company.
Good luck in the National Final
Start of our English/Welsh Chess final. What ever happens, these young men have already done themselves proud. They’re playing 17th Teesside Boys' Brigade
Part 2 of today’s 2 English/Welsh Finals. Earlier today our FIFA team qualified for the National Final in Northern Ireland as runners up. Tonight this clever lot are aiming to also qualify for the MasterTeam National Final to be hosted in England. They’ve won their 2 previous rounds so hoping for the Hat-trick. 🤞🏻
Our FIFA team all ready for English/Welsh Final at Felden Lodge. Good luck and enjoy the occasion 🎮⚽️🤞🏻
