Just a little bit about me for any of my connections who aren't familiar...I'm John and I've been a service engineer since 1981, specialising in repairing Bang & Olufsen products since 1998. Between 1998 and 2016, I worked for the Bang & Olufsen dealer in Nottingham, at the showrooms in Arnold, Trent Bridge & The Lace Market.
In 2016 I set up Merlin Audio Visual as an Authorised Bang & Olufsen Service Agent. I'm fully trained, qualified and insured, so if you need any repairs, your Bang & Olufsen is in safe hands

Merlin AV repair Bang & Olufsen televisions, music systems, loudspeakers, telephones and remote controls. We can also advise on home network problems. Wherever possible, repairs are carried out in your home. In some instances two visits will be required, but this can normally be avoided if an accurate fault description is provided before the initial visit.
Merlin AV was created in 2016 after John was asked by Bang & Olufsen to provide high quality service cover throughout the Midlands. We have since expanded and now work regularly in the Cheshire and Lancashire areas and as far south as Cambridge, Oxford and South Wales. We now travel further carrying out repairs in North Yorkshire and Tyne & Wear.
​We can repair most Bang & Olufsen products produced within the last 10-15 years. Older products are now getting difficult to repair as the parts required are slowly becoming obsolete. High quality alternatives will be sourced from trusted 3rd party suppliers if possible. Please get in touch to confirm the service status of your Bang & Olufsen.
