I asked a question on one thing people could change when it comes to health and fitness, The majority of the answer is about fat.
People want to lose belly fat, some overall fat, and some want to change their eating habits which obviously leads to fat.
The answer to all your worries is INTENTIONALITY, COMMITMENT, CONSISTENCY and PATIENCE.
INTENTIONALITY: If you don't make the choice to change and put away anything that k!lls your intentions, just forget about it. You'll buy slimming tea and waist trainers for everrrrrr ๐
COMMITMENT: When you make the decision, you find a plan of action and that's where commitment comes in. If you keep jumping from one weight loss program to the other or from and slimming tea to the other ๐ aunty forget about it, you go ele deh so.
CONSISTENCY: Una give me microphone ๐๏ธ, you did not get "fat or overweight" overnight, so don't expect to lose 10kg in 5 days (nobi juju be this ๐). Your goal is to live a healthier life in the long run and not to perform magic overnight.
PATIENCE : Finally you need patience. Patience in everything you do in this life. Be patient with yourself rather than try to be like the people you see online. It's about you, it's YOU vs YOU โค๏ธ
