What a load of rubbish! That's what a team of 13 volunteers collected on Saturday afternoon.
As part of our Eco Church mission helping to serve our local community, the team ventured out in all directions with pick up sticks and bin bags litterpicking around the local streets.

World Day of Prayer service
Friday 1st March 11am
VENUE: MIDDLE STREET RESOURCE CENTRE, BEESTON
World Day of Prayer is an annual event celebrated globally. Each year the service is written and produced by a group of women from a different part of the world.
The theme of the service this year is 'I beg you, bear with one another in love' and has been written by the Christian women of Palestine, before the current conflict began.
Our local service will be hosted by Beeston Baptist Church with women from churches in Beeston and Chilwell taking part.
Refreshments will be available from the cafe following the service.
All are welcome to join us.
