Smiffys Smokehouse -my journey
Smiffy’s was founded by 1 bloke who had a love for good BBQ. Having spent time with some of the uk’s best BBQ competition teams he took this new knowledge back home and started to produce better and better bbq for friends and family, until one friend asked him to cater for their halloween party. Since then its been a fast track ride attending festivals and events and catering for weddings and private parties to having a 6 month kitchen takeover in a whisky saloon and then 1 year in residency at a popular sports bar in Nottingham.
