Is the fear of the unknown holding you back? Well, we hope this insight into what our workshops entail might answer a few of those niggling concerns.

Each of your workshops will run over two days, depending on which location and course group you are part of.
โฐ Each day of your workshop will run from 09:00am - 17:00pm.
๐ฅชThroughout each day the whole group will have a short morning and afternoon break, as well as a 45-minute lunch. We ask that you bring your own refreshments but we are able to advise you of any shops or establishments near your chosen location if required!
๐ฉโ๐ซ Our groups are fairly intimate with a Learner to Master Trainer ratio of about 1:14, so you really get quality time with your trainer and peers.
๐ We advise wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, to enable your peers to assess you and vice versa (standard fitness attire is great!)
๐คธ There will be nothing too strenuous or energetic in our workshops (no cartwheels, we promise!) however there are some hands-on techniques to practice, which will require laying on a massage bed, being seated or stood up.
๐ You are welcome to bring a notebook or a smart device with you on the day to make notes and we encourage you to do so as you'll be taking a lot in throughout the day.
All of our workshops are part of the full Diploma in Biomechanics Coaching, and we strongly believe in making our courses accessible and ensuring everyone feels confident and welcome.
