Dowelling a cake seems complicated but with the right tools, you'll be stacking cakes in no time!

These poly dowels are easy to cute with ordinary kitchen scissors and the key to stacking is making sure your dowels are all exactly the same height. We recommend measuring one dowel in your cake and using that measurement to cut all the dowels to the same height.
