You'll find chives sprinkled over your Brazilian Chicken bowl as an extra garnish and here's why:

Chives are rich in antioxidants, specifially ones that help fight cancer, improve heart health and help fight inflammation. They also may improve skin health!

In our rice bowls and burgers we give you a juicy slice of tomato 🍅

Here are some of the health benefits of tomatoes:

- They may keep your heart healthy -
🍅Tomatoes are rich in potassium which is associated to lower rates of a stroke and may also be associated with lower rates of heart disease.

- They may protect your eyes -
🍅Tomatoes contain a group of phytochemicals called carotenoids which include lycopene, lutein and beta-carotene. All these are important to maintain eye health.

- They may support healthy skin -
🍅The caretenoids found in plants, including tomatoes, can help prevent UV damage in humans.

During the pandemic Aaron and Calum started a new venture to the business with providing tasty and popular food to all your homes with their meal prep option! Since then, their focus has been on developing the business with some very exciting things in the pipelines to come. We'll leave the mystery there but let's just say, get yours knives and forks ready to dig into some delicious new flavours... 👀

Who misses the van?

This cold wintery weather is making us miss those blissful sunny days working at events for you guys! This is our katsu chicken dish and Asian slaw served up at a co-operate lunch in 2021. We can't wait to hop back in the van for some events in the next few months! 🌞🚐
