Job Title: Kitchen/ Wet-room position

You will be required to work Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Hours to be confirmed, approx around 24 hours per week. National minimum wage applies.

Full training will be given.

• Prepare a variety of food items, including sandwiches, toasties, salads, and more.
• Following our established recipes for our Cakes, tray bakes & scones and quality standards to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Clearing & cleaning tables.
• Maintaining a tidy restaurant
• Filling & emptying the dishwasher, re-filling the shelves of crockery

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen/ hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Must be able to work weekdays & weekends.

Just a heads up regarding access to the center over the next couple of weeks. Due to resurfacing work across the B600 access to the garden centre will be affected.

We have been in contact with the council & believe access to the garden centre will be from Horse and groom end of the B600 and hopfully accessible from Engine lane.

Please be aware there is a 2 Metre height restriction along Engine lane.

The works start on the 22nd January and will end on the 2nd February.

HoHoHo Team Santa here with a few key updates for this festive season.

With Christmas fast approaching we have been receiving lots of messages about different things. Hopefully this post will fill you in with some answers.

Our hand picked Real Christmas trees will be arriving this week. (20th November onward) Our team will be working tirelessly unpacking, pruning, sawing & pricing them ready for sale. A large selection will be available from Saturday 25th of November. Both Nordman and Cut Spruce will be available in various sizes.

Our team are also working on our hand made Christmas wreaths. These will also be on sale alongside our Christmas trees.

Last but not least....

Yes Farther Christmas & his Charitable elves will be visiting the garden centre on the 1st 3 weekends of December. (2nd & 3rd, 9th & 10th 16th & 17th December)

10:00am till 3:30pm.

No booking required, £10.00 per child, all children will receive an age appropriate gift.

All money raised going to Rotary good causes throughout the local area.
