Another dangerous chimney taken down and rebuilt the only thing that was holding this together was the old render. New flue liner installed for a log burner to be fitted at a later date and the rest of the chimneys that are not in use have been vented and capped off

Here’s one from a couple of weeks ago internal wall and chimney breast removed, steels installed

It’s been really busy so not had time to post anything, completed the main roof and extension completed just waiting on the render then the scaffolding can come down and start on the lower flat roof.

Front roof completed in Giltbrook with these very nice Rivius clay tiles, new soffit, facia and guttering and will have a full dry ridge and verge system once the new trusses arrive for the rear extension 👌

Another recent job completed in Heanor, new Oak steps added to this patio and finished the paving off making it all safe and usable

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately as I’m very busy.
Added this parking space for a great customer in Heanor, removed the old mossy turf ready for whatever they decide to do with it. Old gates removed and replaced with new fencing and also added a step for the new access into the garden.

One completed last week for a lovely couple in Eastwood for them to enjoy this summer.

Footing completed in Giltbrook today for a 2 story extension

Re roof completed for another happy customer in Langly Mill. Re using as many of the original tiles as possible to keep the cost down for the customer.
They had originally been installed incorrectly causing the battens and the wall plate to rot. With that replace and a new breathable membrane installed along with a dry ridge and verge this roof is now watertight and will last for years to come.
