1. Check the Flapper:

Fix: Lower the float so the water is about an inch below the overflow tube.
3. Inspect the Chain:

Problem: Chain may be tangled or too tight.
Fix: Ensure it has a bit of slack and isn’t catching. Adjust if needed.
4. Clean the Fill Valve:

Fix: Turn off the water, clean out debris, and replace the cap.
5. Replace the Fill Valve:

We recently got called out to a blocked drain and, wow, it turned out to be quite the job! The drain had collapsed, with soil and roots taking hold. We had to dig up a large area, giving Tom the chance to play a serious game of "tug of drain." After a lot of grunting and hard work, he managed to pull out the culprit – over 2 meters long! 😮💪

Plants and trees, while beautiful, can be damaging to pipework if not properly managed. Regular maintenance is key to avoiding such surprises.

After removing the blockage, we repaired all the drains and made the whole area good as new. If you’re having drain issues or just want a check-up, give us a call. We're here to help! 📞✨
