🌟 Treating Fungal Nail Takes Time 🌟

There are no quick fixes for fungal nail, but with dedication from patients and regular foot care, improvement is possible! This patient is making fantastic progress through consistent care and commitment. Remember, patience and persistence are key! 🦶✨

Sometimes it takes more than one treatment to see results, but we are thrilled to share that one of our patients walked in with extremely painful feet and walked out virtually pain free after just the first treatment! The next appointment is already booked to continue the progress.

Do you ever experience discomfort on your feet that feels like a small bump or hard spot? You may have a corn! 🌽 🦶

Today at the clinic, we saw a few examples of corns, take a look at the before and after pictures.

Corns are thickened areas of skin that develop from repeated pressure or friction, often on the toes or soles of the feet. They can be painful and bothersome, so it's important to address them promptly.

Causes of corns include wearing ill-fitting shoes, high heels, or shoes that are too tight. Those with foot deformities like bunions or hammertoes may also be more prone to corns. Excessive walking or running can contribute as well.

If you suspect you have a corn, seek treatment to alleviate discomfort and prevent further issues. A foot health practitioner may need to file or remove the corn to relieve pain.

To identify a corn, look for a small, hard bump on your foot or toes that may be yellow or white. Corns can be tender and painful with pressure.

In honor of Queen Elizabeth ll reign and legacy, a beautiful memorial statue has been erected in Rutland, the first of its kind. As we remember the Queen's remarkable life and dedication to her country, let's take a moment to appreciate the finer details, such as her footwear.

For over 50 years, Queen Elizabeth II has worn the same style of shoe, all handmade by London-based company Anello & Davide. Each pair is meticulously crafted by a dedicated team, ensuring the utmost quality and comfort fit for a queen. Did you know that the Queen has never been seen wearing wedges? Her specific preferences even extend to her footwear choices.

In Buckingham Palace, a group of footmen were dedicated to caring for the Queen's shoes, airing them out on shoe trees, polishing them, and storing them in silk or cotton bags. 👑 🦶

Even though it may still be raining outside, my day has been brightened up by receiving beautiful flowers! 💐 💐💐Thank you so much for this thoughtful gift, they are absolutely gorgeous and have brought a smile to my face.

As the rain continues to fall outside, I will be admiring these stunning blooms. Thank you again for bringing a little bit of sunshine into my day.
