Meet The Team - This is Ian 🙋♂️
Some of the awesome skills Ian brings to his role as Gym Floor Instructor and Personal Trainer in the club
☀️ Level 4 Back Pain and Postural Stability
☀️Level 3 GP referral instructor
☀️ Exercise Therapist (specialises in injury rehabilitation through exercise therapy!)
☀️ Personal Trainer ~ particularly strength training
☀️Body FX Coach (nutrition)
These qualifications really are just to name a few! You will also find Ian teaching his favourite spin class ~ RPM and jumping about in the studio for GRIT 🤩
When he’s not in the club ~ Ian loves cycling, windsurfing, skiing 🎿 and probably eating cake 🎂 😂 Fun fact - after rehabilitating his full knee replacement in just 5 weeks, Ian learned to skip! 😜

Let’s all give a warm welcome to our newest recruit, Beth!
Beth brings a wealth of experience and a passion for providing elite sports therapy to both the general public and athletes. Her motivation to help people return to full fitness drives her to work hard and deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications:
-Higher National Diploma in Sports Therapy
-Injury Rehabilitation
-Cupping Therapy
-Strength and Conditioning
-Taping
Experience:
Placement and work with the Caledonian Braves Football Club, which has equipped her with valuable skills and knowledge transferable to her clinic work. Volunteering at the British National Cycles, providing sports massages to cyclists. Providing sports massages to the Gladiators Basketball Team and ballet dancers from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, gaining exposure to sports-specific injuries and rehabilitation exercises.
Personal Background:
As a former competitive Highland dancer, Beth understands the importance of body care and the role of sports therapy in injury prevention. Her passion for weight lifting as a regular gym-goer has further enhanced her rehabilitation skills, tying in her expertise with her personal interests.
We are excited to have Beth on our team, and we look forward to the positive impact she will undoubtedly have on our patients!

We are SO humbled to be joined on SUNDAY 28TH JULY by Jonny Henderson - Ex GB Olympic gymnast. He will be doing some demonstrations between 12-2:30pm AND teaching you and your kiddies some key gymnastic skills along with our gymnastic coaches.🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️
