Wild Harvested Teas from the Isle of Kerrera

Sea Tea is made on the family farm of Ardentrive on the tiny Isle of Kerrera which shelters the bustling town of Oban on the West Coast of Scotland. In the summer of 2018 I finished my horticulture studies and decided to try growing and harvesting my own herbs combined with wild harvested plants from the island and sourced organic botanics. Finally, I added a hint of tangy dulce seaweed; the result is ‘Sea Tea’.
