We're excited to announce that we've just taken delivery of a new Durma Laser cutter here at PanelShaper. This investment is going to make a huge difference in how efficiently we can produce accurately cut and prepared metalwork. And the best part? It's been a great few months for PanelShaper since our launch in July 2022. We've had the opportunity to work on some amazing projects with customers all across the UK and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We're seeing more and more joiners, DIYers, handypeople, and tradespeople try our service every week, which is a clear indication that PanelShaper is providing real value.

As we move into 2023, we've got some really exciting plans in the works. We're planning to add even more options to our tool and to expand our reach by partnering with new delivery companies. Thanks for your support so far, and we can't wait to keep working with you in the new year!

Did you know… The teams at Panel Shaper and sister companies have been working hard over the past 5 years on the journey towards becoming carbon neutral. Since 2017, we’ve had a core focus on becoming more sustainable as a business and as environmentally responsible as possible. We believe it's important to lead the way by example.

✅ We installed over 30,000 sq ft of eco-friendly insulation on our roof.
✅ On top of that we installed 185 solar panels that generate around 50,000 KW of power each year.
✅ All company cars are now electric by policy.
✅ All the lighting has been upgraded to efficient LEDs ad is motion activated saving 40,000 KW each year.
✅ We introduced waste separation throughout the business reducing our waste to landfills by 80%.

Extra effort goes into ensuring that not only can we keep a fair and competitive price, but we’re careful with our supply chain, to cause the very least environmental impact.

We’ve just taken delivery of our brand-new edge ba**er from EBM, and what a fantastic piece of kit it is. With a feed speed of 13m per minute, and the ability to perform pre-milling and corner rounding, it is a great investment and smooths the workflow for Panel Shaper massively.
