Team work makes the dream work πour little master chefs have been busy this morning baking themselves some cakes π©βπ³π§ baking helps us to promote all seven areas of the EYFS β from developing skills, sensory experiences, learning mathematics- shape space and measure and is a valuable self-help skill to learn π
Mark making with cars ππ¨ mark making engages us in sensory play and allows us to discover different materials π it helps to develop our critical thinking and brain development π§ encourages the development of our communication and language π£οΈ expands our creativity and imagination π and it is a great way to express our feelings! π

Dental and oral health π¦·πͺ₯ We practiced brushing the crocodiles big teeth π and developed our observational skills as we watched carefully before brushing our own π βοΈbrushing our teeth helps to prevent painful problems in the long run (such as tooth decay) βοΈhelps us to form healthy habits and begin to understand daily routines βοΈteeth play an important role of helping us to speak clearly, chew food thoroughly and smile confidently π
All about health and self care this week ππ»ββοΈπ§ today we have been bathing our dolls ππ§Ό helping us to learn life skills β while also developing our physical development πͺπ» and engaging in imaginative play π§
Two little dino fanatics π¦ little imaginations running wild and creating their own dinosaurs ππ§ while painting and getting creative infants build finger, wrist and hand strength πͺπ» while also helping to develop their hand eye coordination π€π»ποΈ motor skills develop rapidly in young children, resulting in this being the prime time to put suitable painting activities into practice π¨ποΈ
