This is something we really wish we didn’t have to do.
No shows and last min cancellations are happening to often.
We have so many clients who are so loyal and would never miss an appointment.
Arriving late for appointments, we understand at times it feels like every road is dug up and you run late but for this to be fair on clients arriving after you and to keep us running on time for the rest of the day we can only allow a 10 min grace period.

15 years ago today The hair lounge doors first opened.
There has been plenty of ups and downs along the way but it’s been amazing. (Unless the water tanker burst again)
We wouldn’t be where we are now without the continuous support from our clients, for trusting us to make you beautiful. Some of you have been with me for 25 years and I will be forever grateful.
A massive THANK YOU to my team, Emily has now been with me 15 years, and I’ve worked with Kelly for 24 years in total!!! It’s been a ride and a half but I wouldn’t change it.
