Another conversion for us this week. We converted the open vented system into a sealed system (combi boiler). We also fitted all new radiators.

This install consisted of a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Wireless programmable room thermostat, new gas supply, all new pipe work, new Stelrad radiators with Honeywell thermostatic valves and a new condensate pipe.
Pretty much a full new heating system.

A Back boiler conversion this week. We ended up having to repipe the full house and fit all new radiators as the old system was on a one pipe system.

A conversion for us this week for a new customer. We converted the system from an open vented system to a sealed system (combi boiler). We had to take part of the roof down to access the pipe work as the bathroom was above and the floor was tiled.

This install consisted of a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, new wireless programmable room thermostat, Upgraded Gas supply and new condensate pipe. We also removed all the old storage tanks giving our customer more storage space.

These pictures show the importance of having your boiler serviced regularly. This install had previously been installed poorly. The flue had wire holding it for support instead of clips, there was no flue screws holding the joints together and the flue was falling the wrong way.
We had to turn this one of (something we don’t do light heartedly).
The boiler case was rotten due to these mistakes.

The room is going to be a downstairs toilet and the space is very tight. We had to move the flue to suit the manufacturer’s external requirements.

We spent more a less a full day flushing the remaining heating system as it was clogged solid with sludge.

We replaced a 14 year old Worcester boiler this week. The left hand block, right hand block had pinholed and the heat exchanger was rippled. Our customer opted for a replacement boiler.
This one was on the old one pipe system which was just impossible to repipe at this stage. We used our knowledge and experience and came up with a plan 💡

We had to rally the troops this week. There was a bit involved in this weeks install. We converted the heating system from an open vent system into a sealed system.

This install consisted of: A new Baxi system boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Hive smart thermostat independently controlling both the hot water and heating, new 28mm gas supply, x2 new EPH zone valves, new wiring centre which we totally re wired, x3 new Stelrad radiator’s which included new Honeywell thermostatic valves and last of all we power flushed the full heating system.

We fitted a Main boiler this week for a new customer. These are a quality mid range boiler by Baxi (Main).

This install consisted of a new Main 30kw boiler (5 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Wireless programmable room thermostat and upgraded condensate pipe.

As with all our installs we cut all the old pipework out and where we can we ply line the walls for a better look and a neater finish.

Standard procedure on all our installs. We always flush the remaining pipework and radiator’s before adding reputable chemicals Fernox👌.

Once we have finished we always remove all the waste of site💪.

Back to it this week after some well earned time of.
I think it’s safe to say the cold weather we are expecting has definitely landed this morning ❄️.

Our first install of 2024 consisted of a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter and a new wireless programmable room thermostat. We kept the new condensate pipe internally to prevent it from freezing.

As with all our installs we cut all the old pipework out and where we can we ply line the walls for a better look and a neater finish.

Standard procedure on all our installs. We always flush the remaining pipework and radiator’s before adding reputable chemicals Fernox👌.

Once we have finished we always remove all the waste of site💪.

All our installs are registered with the boiler manufacturer, building control and Gas safe💯.

🎅 🎅 🎅 🎅 🎅 🎅 🎅 🎅 🎅 🎅 🎅 🎅Yeaterday was our last install before Christmas. A couple of bits to finish of this morning and we are done.
We are back open on the 27th for a few days should anyone need our assistance.

Another local project we managed to get finished of this week in time for Christmas.
We started first fixing this one back in August converting the heating system from an open vented system to a sealed system.
We Zoned upstairs and downstairs so our customer has full control of there new heating system.

This install consisted of Vaillant’s new system boiler (10 year warranty) Vaillant protection filter, all being controlled by Hive smart thermostat’s, new mega flow 250 litre pressurised cylinder, x 3 EPH zone valves and all new Stelrad soft line radiators with Honeywell thermostatic radiator valves.
