We’ve made a new Gala Pie for you to enjoy 🥧 which has 20 ounces of pork meat (the equivalent to 4 of our pork stands) and 6 boiled eggs. Available as a full pie and we can stamp ‘DAD’, ‘GRANDAD’ or ‘FATHER’ on top with pastry, also available as a slice, let us know what you think!

We will also be making our usual and delicious homemade brownie slabs, cupcakes and giant cookies.

All our traditional homemade favourites in a little grazing box to order for next week 🙂

The Box Contains:
- Choice of homemade sandwiches
- Choice of alcoholic beverage between either Desperados, Coors light or Heineken (can)
- Homemade gala pork pie
- Homemade dinky quiche (cheese and ham, cheese and onion or vegetable)

- Meat selection
- Cheese & biscuit selection
- Olives and feta cheese
- Side salad
- Homemade chocolate brownie

Available by order only, they’re £25 and will be made on Saturday 15th June for collection!

We get many enquiries about sandwich platters and the answer is yes we do do them! And we think they look fab :)
An ideal option for parties if you’re wanting something small and not a full buffet, sandwiches are priced individually so the price can vary depending on what sandwiches you’re wanting and how many people you’re feeding ☺️

How gooodddd do these look!! 🍫
It’s a chocolate brownie base with chocolate cornflakes on top and topped with melted chocolate, magic stars and pieces of Milky Way, absolute chocolate heaven!
And our giant rocky road chocolate creation that we made last week which sold out before I could even post it lol

All Galentines/Valentines orders must be in by this Saturday 10th!
We have lots of options available and these can be ordered for collection or delivery (min. spend of £10 locally) all through the week next week from Tuesday to Saturday - with some exceptions for Tuesday as everything needs to bake and cool!
All cookies can be personalised with a name or a short message 🍪
Valentines doesn’t have to just be for the romantics why not treat your best friend, your child or your mum 😊

Muffins!! 🍞
Something we never actually post but make absolutely hundredsss of a day 😂 we’ve seen lots of discussion about oven bottoms over the past few days so thought we’d post some!

Freshly baked this morning and all individually hand rolled by our bakers today our Laura, Sarah and Joshua ☺️ with the same trusty recipe we’ve been using for 20 years.

Whether it’s for a special someone, galentines, your kids or just for you!!! Our treat box has our best sweet treat goodies sure to put a smile on anyone’s face.

Feeling the Love 💕

In preparation for Valentine’s Day we’ve bought some new heart shaped cake tins! And we’ve been busy thinking of ideas and baked some of our amazing 6 inch homemade Vanilla and Victoria sandwiches as heart shaped sponges this morning! 🍰

Heart shaped Russian Sandwiches and Victoria Sandwiches will be available to buy in the bakery over the next month and available to preorder to guarantee one!
We will of course still be making our regular round sponges as well.

The special occasion sandwiches will be £4.00 for Jam & Cream, and £4.80 for Russians 😊

🥧 PARTY PIES 🥧
We’ve been getting quite a few messages about ordering our family pies/party pies for New Years Eve! We will be closed New Years Eve so collection will be Saturday 30th

Our options are:
- Plate Pies (circular ones), available in all of our homemade fillings: Cheese and Onion, Meat and Potato, Steak and Kidney, Steak and Ale, Minced Beef and Onion. They range from £6.95-£7.75

- Brownie Tray Pies: A thin tray baked pie, available in all our homemade fillings again, these are only made to order and are £14 each 😊 we say they serve about 6-8 depending on serving size.

- Deep Filled Meat and Potato Pie, this has a crust base, filling and a crust on top. It serves about 10 people, again depending on serving size, and it is £22

All our pies are made fresh daily, so will stay delicious for about 4-5 days in the fridge

🎄🎅🏼 CHRISTMAS EVE ORDER LIST 🤶🏼🎄

Exciting news - We will be opening this Christmas Eve despite it being a Sunday so all our food will be extra fresh for you, so:

All orders for Christmas Eve are now being taken! We have included a list of all the items that you can pre-order for the day.

To place your order you can either ring the bakery on 0161 624 3174, place your order when you visit the bakery or send us a message on Facebook 😊 and you will be given a raffle ticket number!

Unlike previous years, we do have a set cut off date for orders this year - 16th December.
All orders must be in by 10pm on this date - however it is flexible and could be brought forward so please get your orders in early if you know what you’ll be wanting to munch on over the Christmas period! 😊

Deliveries will be available 🚙 but they will need to be ordered beforehand and could arrive anytime between 9-3, as I hope you can understand it is an incredibly busy day for us! Please note - there will be a limited number of delivery slots :)

On Christmas Eve we will be open from 9am until 3pm. If you preorder and pay for your order you will have until 3pm to collect or until 1.30pm if the order is not paid for beforehand 😊

We will have all of our homemade produce available to collect on the day without an order however, we strongly recommend ordering as we make all the items fresh so it gives us an idea of numbers and it’s only guaranteed if you order!
