Anyone else enjoy a day on their own on holiday?

While my lot were snoozing I've come out for a walk, a couple of coffees and a bit of a mooch. Here's what I got up to.

I've taken silver mandala on holiday and it is just perfect! Used as hand luggage for the plane - thanks Lynsey Horrocks for the tip! - and accompanying us everyday to the beach. Made to last, these are really a great investment for holidays to come!

You'll never believe it but these were my fingers after swimming in the sea in Tenerife!

Yes! Reynaurds strikes again. They came back to life fairly quickly but I had to come out of the sea a couple of times to warm up!!

I swam and played loads today though, a really fun filled day with the kids. Where was my other half?? Under a shady tree! He hates the heat so not the best choice of destination but we are lucky that he takes one for the team!!

My travel essentials are a blanket for the plane, book, snacks and water. All fits perfectly in my Olganna beach bag!

For the past year I've been working at 2 after school clubs. It been a great experience and I've loved building rapport with the students and giving them confidence to explore their ideas.

I am sick of washing up in the bath. Fed up of fast food but had a couple of lovely meals out so not all bad. So far no set backs, all gone according to plan so last push now. Come on guys let's have some light!!
