Barlick customers oh so stylish LI Special polished off this week.
Fuel tank replaced due to old type tank sealer peeling, new flywheel cowl also, and both painted 8059 New White to match existing internals.
TV 200 badges removed and LI 150 badges fitted.
Easy clutch system fitted.

Nearly forgot , issue 43 of Scooter Nova now in stock.
Betterer spelling and stories than other magazines.

Young Joe’s Italian G. P. in for jigging, new stand cross member and a donor section dropped in below the choke k**b area.
Crack on Joe, can’t wait to see it in the new paint.

Jason’s lovely standard G.P. 150 in to resolve a mid range running problem after fitting a clubman exhaust and new choke cable.
Adjustment on the choke cable length , carb strip and clean , and a new plug cap and she runs sweetly .

De- crumpled.
Looks well now.

LI reworking completed.
New headset and headlamp fitted .
Petrol tank replaced.
All old electrics removed, new switches , loom and the marvellous V**E ignition now fitted to give total reliability.
All new cables.
Back to Moston today.

Nice little ride out to test the new waterproofs.

A thorough service, MOT, new tyres all round and oil leak cured.
Ready for fun in the sun.

Liquid cooled test ride! Well it rained.
64 LI done in a street racer style, a little different to the usual G. P’s, but it works well.
200 Imola engine, finished in Ferrari red with a nod toward the GTO 250 in styling.

First out this week, series three LI 125 frame re jigged, battery tray fitted and powder coated in RAL 9010.
Forks jigged and trued and a set of damper brackets fitted.
