Over 10 different trades, manufacturers and suppliers have been involved in the construction of this master piece so far and it’s not even finished yet! 🤯

Our project manager, structural engineer, on site fabricators, general builders, joiners, electricians and various material manufacturers suppliers have all contributed to the quality workmanship produced. 💯

We say it time and again but we truly wouldn’t be able to deliver such exceptional work without the teams that constantly support our mission and vision. 🫡

🚧 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 🚧

While our project manager is taking the reins on our Royton development, the rest of the team have been putting the hours in on this stunning 3 storey property in Davenport!👷‍♂️

The existing side extension and most of the garage has been dropped to make way for a new larger garage. 🚘

Internally, we’ve ripped out the old kitchen and bathrooms, removed chimney breasts, reconfigured rooms and undertaken some structural alterations ready for a full rewire and new central heating system with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.🔥

To follow we’ll be making some changes to the rear landscape in anticipation of installing a new patio consisting of Mandarin stone. 🍃

An incredible amount of hard work and dedication has gone into this project and we can’t wait to showcase the final outcome. 👍

We've faced a number challenges along the way but, as ever, the team has risen to them with positive solutions delivering a high standard of quality throughout. ✅

All going well, we’ve got 8 weeks left to get this project over the line providing we don’t incur any delays - not to mention we’ve undertaken a significant amount of additions and variations which have also been turned around within the initial project schedule. 🤯🥵💪

Upon taking on any project, there’s often times where we put ourselves in our customers shoes because we’re passionate about the service we deliver. 🔥

Taking pride in our work, we’ll sometimes make suggestions and voice considerations based on our own opinions, knowledge and experience. 🧐

In this case, our team suggested altering the rear traditional hip roof above the new lounge, replacing the old roof structure and converting it to a vaulted ceiling with a gable end and full apex glazing taking advantage of the views! 😎

On top of that, we also suggested removing the chimneys completely, making more space internally allowing the customer to reconfigure the layout. 📐

The client agreed! ✅

We swiftly quoted for the variations! ✅

Our architect redesigned and submitted new plans! ✅

approved the non-material amendment! ✅

It’s going to be some gaff this! 💚👷‍♂️🏡

Despite a few 𝗦𝗘𝗧𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗦 from the recent weather, we’ve made great progress on our complete refurbishment project in Royton! 🧱

The weather is picking up and the team are on track to completing this exciting project on time and within budget. ✅

Steels are due tomorrow with the crane and on-site fabricator scheduled in for Thursday! 🥵🏗️

We attended site yesterday for the new 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗟 building we’ve recently constructed to make note of some 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗢𝗥 alterations to the masonry allowing to install a steel security door and automated roller shutters.🔥

We also met with the client to go through any 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗦 before we proceed with the installation of the concrete base. 🗿

Another 𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗗 customer in the bag! 👉🎒

A visit from the building inspector yesterday got the seal of approval allowing us to bring in the boys from and get the concrete slab poured, levelled and tamped ready to load out the single storey side extension! 😁

The weathers not been kind to us over the last couple of weeks but the team have made major progress both internally and externally. 🤙

Now it’s time to get extension masonry up, install the structural beams and get this baby water tight! ✅

Following a site survey from next week we’ll soon have the upstairs windows in along the natural stone cills and pictures frame surrounds. 🖼️

In-line 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗔𝗥 𝗣𝗩 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗙 installation! ☀️🔋⚡️🔥

As part of our major refurbishment project in Royton, the client has chosen to invest in a complete in-line solar PV system reducing their carbon footprint and annual bills minimising the impact of ever increasing energy costs. 💸

We completely stripped the existing roof covering and rooflines, realigned the roof existing structure and installed a full new roof covering in grey with anthracite rooflines and self cleaning solar panels converting it into a clean energy powerhouse! 🌱

The teams at and delivered the goods once again! 🤜⚡️🤛

Take a look at this spacious commercial unit we’ve recently constructed just over the hill in Littleborough, Rochdale. 🏗️

The stages completed so far… ✅

👉 Concrete ring beam
👉 Portal steel frame with insulated apex roof covering
👉 Internal blockwork
👉 Insulated cavity
👉 Pitch-faced stone with Ashland sawn quoins on the external corners

The Cladding contractors are back on site today to finish of the Facade and guttering, then it’s time for the internal reinforced concrete slab 👍

Next up is the removal and disposal of asbestos, a site visit from our structural engineer and demolition of the existing side extension! 📋

And we’re only 2 weeks in following the site setup! 💯👷‍♂️

𝟮 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗜𝗫… 👷‍♂️💬

2 years we’ve spent building a strong relationship with our clients offering endless advice, support and guidance to help develop their soon to be new home which has been vacant for some time. 🏚️

This week we have agreed and signed contracts, arranged the site setup and made way for the prelims to commence. 🧱

Following the removal of identified asbestos by our appointed contractor, the property will be completely stripped back ready for some major alterations. 🏗️

Undertaking a renovation like this takes a lot of head scratching, stress, planning and budgeting so we understand that committing to the project and final design whilst searching for the right builder is never an easy feat. 🙅‍♂️
