2 Story extension and full Reno completed.✅ This project was taken back to literally 3 walls and giving a full over haul in compliance with building control and planning regulations. Finished to the clients high standard we’re happy to get it over the line and it’s been a pleasure to work with such an agreeable Client with an eye for detail.

Some kerbing on site recently completed, allowing for electric cable to be placed behind, bringing power to the developments👷🏻⚡️

Patio area completed in Pomeroy, 🎉, adding some character with a secura lite retaining wall and historic slate flags. Now for some good weather ☀️ 🍾

Some hard footing in the exciting new build in Banbridge, requiring rock breaking, 🔨💪,to even get a foundation in and trench fill in other parts where ground was unsuitable. Concrete poured, foundations built, and floor compacted left ready for pre cast slabs✅

Renovation getting underway in Cookstown, with the exterior sealed ☔️, chimney removed and new windows fitted, now on to giving the interior the full works 👷🏻

Exciting times for An Taite Riabhach as the ground is broken for our new 4G MUGA pitch, ball wall and walking paths. Thanks to all 170 plus members of Cairde who have made this start possible. UTT

All about levels and falls on this recent job completed, for Conwell Contracts Ltd, on Portadown treatment plant, servicing multiple building sites.

An ongoing extension progressing well, clients has made the most of their space by adding on a sunroom, with 4 velux windows in the roof maximising light, and adding character with a high collar ceiling inside, more photos to follow 🏠 👷🏻

Exciting new site left ready for the timber frame kit to arrive, foundations, subfloor, insulation, finished floor and scaffold completed✅ All in line with building control and current regulations 👷‍♂️🏠

Shed base given a powerfloat finish with concrete provided by Mc ALEER Concrete Limited. Utilites including water, electric, storm and sewer drainage all completed ready for the shed installation 💪✅

This Driveway has been widened and given a better shape with some granite cobbles added and left ready for tar 👷‍♂️🏠✅
