We’ve got your summer fitness sorted at REAL Group X!
Schools out this week, and this normally means routine is out of the window as we juggle work, childcare and summer fun! Very often this means fitness takes a back seat!
But don’t fear – this doesn’t need to happen this year as we are opening up our classes for summer family fitness. Don’t compromise your health and well-being - bring your young person to class with you!
As long as they are accompanied by an adult, and can safely and sensibly follow the instructions given in class, the following classes will be open for young people to join in;

Hi guys just a little update from us. We are not quite finished in terms of the new flooring so we will have NO classes running tomorrow. Elliott is home! Before leaving the LGI the little Elf was able to deliver the gifts that his mum and dad had managed to buy with the fundraising efforts of the kindhearted people who donated online and took part in our charity fundraiser at REAL Group X. All together we managed to raise a whopping £800 for much needed play resources for the wards that looked after him and other vital hospital funds. True Christmas 🎄 Spirit right there ❤️ You are all amazing Thank you ❤️
