𝗔 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁!

Every year at X Martial Arts, we invite a group of people at the pinnacle of the belt system to test for their black belt! Before this, those eligible have to have completed a black belt workshop as well as a fitness test (sometimes 2 for people going for Dan Grades!) to test whether they are capable of completing a black belt test.

Here at X Martial Arts we offer Ladies Only Classes! This is an exclusive, 45 minute class for just Ladies to help create a comfortable training environment for those who do not feel fully confident or comfortable entering our Teens and Adults Program!

Our SWAT and CIT programs are aimed at helping people with a passion for Martial Arts move even further in their journey by allowing them the opportunity to assist Senior Instructors in classes!

These programs help build even more confidence in members giving a new and unique way to learn and develop as Martial Artists, as well as open avenues to potential Instructor Qualifications and Careers opportunities!

These programs are also highly beneficial to classes, giving kids a higher quality experience with a more detailed level of instruction with Senior Instructors and Assistants!

Here at X Martial Arts Schools we always start our classes off with a warm up to get us moving. doing a warm-up before an intense workout is vital to maximising your safety and the benefits of the workout!

Here are many of the reasons a warm-up is essential before a workout:
