Intermediate classes are slightly fasted paced, with shorter breaks between exercises building on foundations from Pilates and Yoga! Perfect for those with experience in these!

Happy Valentine’s Day beautiful people. Today is about celebrating love. But how about we celebrate that love to ourselves.

Choose to focus on you today and those around you that you love. Take away any level of comparison that social media gives you and tune into yourself and the love you need.

If you want some guidance with self love today follow these journaling prompts which I have been exploring:
❤️what are 5 things I love about myself?
❤️what are 3 simple ways I can love myself?
❤️what aspects of myself do I need to show more love too?
❤️what does self love look like to me?

If you find these difficult that is all the more reason to do them!!

WE DID IT!
We smashed it and got to the end of our 31 day challenge!

I just want you to check in with yourself today. Reflect on the last month, have a focus towards the positives. Sit down and write or think about it in your head.

Time to stretch those hamstrings. This video uses PNF stretching which will helps slowly to increase flexibility in a safe way!

Get those glutes fired up with this exercise 🔥

Technique is important here - Keep those hips stacked on top of another, pull out from the shoulders and lift those ribs away from the floor.

Embrace the burn and repeat both sides!!

JANUARY CHALLENGE
Day 23

Today I challenge you to find a meditation to follow. Whether that’s on YouTube or headspace or another app, find 10 minutes to sit calmly and comfortable and follow along.

Meditation allows you to focus on the breath and find a state of calm. It’s not about stopping your thoughts altogether it’s about the awareness, and acknowledgment of ‘I am thinking’.

Time for another walk in nature. Connecting to the world around us.

I know it’s cold outside today but wrap up warm and breath in the fresh air. It is beautiful - I have been on my walk today and it filled me with so much gratitude.

Even if you can’t get out ‘in nature’ just finding a path away from cars, a park, or a forest can bring a whole new level of awareness 🌳

Tricep time 💪🏼
Grab those small weights or filled water bottles for the first half of this set. This just helps create a little resistance in the muscle - you only need 1kg or 1.5kg no need to lift heavy.
Promise you will feel the burn🔥

Time to stretch those glutes. Here is a few variations on how to stretch your glutes.

Give these a go! You will find your glutes hold a lot of tension if you sit all day. These are also great stretches to do after a workout on the b***y!

Happy Monday! Starting off the week by working those legs! This lunge combo is fab at activating the quads!

When you are pulsing those legs, you want the legs to stay bent and pulse one inch down without letting yourself bounce up and down!

Repeat a few times until you really feel the burn🔥
