Join Baby Bexercise’s NEW 6-week prenatal workout programme designed to keep you fit, boost your mood, and connect you with other local expectant mothers!

The 6-week prenatal programme is designed to safely support pregnant women in maintaining their fitness throughout their second and third trimesters. Each week will focus on strengthening the muscles and preparing the body for pregnancy, child birth, and aiding postnatal recovery.

What can you expect?
- Meet other local expectant mothers and build lifelong friendships
- Improve mobility and prevent prenatal pain
- Strengthen the pelvic floor and core
- Reduce stress and improve mental health
- Stay active and maintain prenatal strength in a safe and inclusive environment

Expectant mothers can attend this programme after 13 weeks of pregnancy OR after they’ve had their 12 week scan. Each class is suitable for women in both the second and third trimester. It is recommended for expectant mothers to do more than one 6-week programme if you can!

Classes are held in the Dupuis Centre, St John’s Church, and parking is available.

Hi! I thought I would introduce myself again on this page!

I’m Bex, and I’m a 23 year old mum to a beautiful 14 month old daughter and a fiancé🥰💍

❕I am a qualified fitness instructor
❕I am a qualified personal trainer
❕I have a degree in sport and exercise science
❕I am a qualified pre and postnatal exercise instructor

I absolutely love running, food, and I love to learn. I’m a busy, working mum but that won’t stop me from studying more. My goal and priority is for my clients to know and feel they are in safe hands as I keep on top of new and updated science and information surrounding exercise, health, and well-being!

I am a mobile personal trainer (DM me to find out more information), and I offer online training and 1-1 coaching. Don’t like the gym, or strapped for time? Let me come to you. I provide the knowledge and the equipment to get you fit.

I’ve been radio silent over the past couple of weeks whilst I’ve been away on the most needed break!

I left the UK extremely burnt out and a bit like I’d lost myself.

And I’ve left Mexico feeling so at peace with myself. and happy with life right now. I’ve come home feeling so inspired and excited for what’s to come in the future. 💪🏻🐓👶🏼💍✈️

My absolute goal this year is to listen to myself and slow. down. 🤞🏻

Myself and my little family are going on a well-needed holiday between the 11th-26th March, so there will be no classes on the 13th or the 20th March! Class will resume on Wednesday the 27th!

I absolutely love what I do, and can’t describe the feeling I get when I’m working out with you all - so I can’t call this work! But I do need a little break once in a while!💪🏻

NEW CLASS FOR MUMS STARTING THIS MONDAY 22nd MAY at Banbury Pavilion. OX15 4BN

Want to get back into exercise but struggling to juggle both fitness and baby?

I have the solution for you! BexerciseUK is launching Baby Bexercise. The ultimate exercise class for new mums (6 weeks postpartum+) where you can bring baby along with you!

Babies can sleep, play next to you or watch you sweat and burn!
It’s time to take back your time for YOU to become to best version of YOU for you AND baby!

You can expect sensory lights throughout, and silly but cute exercises to entertain your baby whilst working up a sweat!

There will be an opportunity at the end of the class to wind down, cool down, and meet and chat to other mums and babies 🤍

What do you need to know?
All sessions are led by a qualified personal trainer/new mum.
Sessions are £6, CASH ONLY upon entry.
Sessions are every Monday at 10am. Please arrive 10 minutes early, I recommend arriving early to choose your space! No booking necessary, please turn up! 🤞🏻
Sessions are held at Banbury Pavilion, White Post Road, Bodicote OX15 4BN

What do you need to bring? Your baby, your baby’s car seat or blanket for them to lie on! Water to hydrate, and an exercise mat if you have one but it’s not absolutely necessary!
