Thanks to for an amazing awareness day
Had a great time chatting with shoppers about sustainable eating & food insecurity at our Asda evaluation day. Out of 74 people surveyed , 30 people said they would be most likely to eat less processed meat to help the environment, while 27 said they would try to eat food in season & 17 would try to eat less meat. We also had some sign ups to the FEAST study, which was great to see!

Oxford Food Hub is integral to our work in building a circular economy in Oxfordshire. Thanks for visiting us and for the surplus food that you distribute across the county - what a difference that is making! π±π
π We're proud to support over 200 charities across Oxfordshire by providing surplus food that would otherwise go to waste. By sourcing and redistributing this food, we help these organisations focus their resources where they're needed most. Instead of buying new food, they can invest more in their essential services, making a real difference in our community. We're proud to be contributing towards a circular economy as part of WISH (Waste Innovation Station Headquarters ). ππ
Weβre planning to hold focus groups in September and are particularly interested in hearing from families with children under 5 years old about their experiences and ideas.
If you would like to know more about the focus groups (in September, date to be confirmed), please use this link: https://tinyurl.com/47tpmz8d

We are deeply saddened to have to say goodbye to this dream, but know this decision is ultimately for the best given the situation and constraints.
We wish all the best for Eden Cafe and and are so grateful for the pillar it has been in the Witney community.
After much deliberation, we've come to the difficult decision to close our campaign to bring WISH to Eden CafΓ© in Witney.
We are sincerely grateful for the support of our community through this campaign, and are very sad to have to have to make this decision, but believe it is wise given funding circumstances and our team capacity in this time of transition.
