This weekend, you can enjoy penne pasta served in Mamma Mia’s homemade tomato sauce, mixed in with cream, fried salami, aubergine, ‘nduja, and a ball of mozzarella di bufala. We can’t help thinking it would pair wonderfully with a light and crisp wine, perhaps our Vermentino…

🍽️ Pizza tris: tomato and mozzarella base with fried aubergines, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and shaved parmesan.

One of our favourite things about Mamma Mia (aside from the food!) is our open kitchen. Being able to see your food prepared just adds a special something to the dining experience… perhaps it’s because it shows how fresh and authentic our food is!😊

Our Tonno E Fagioli - not just a feast for the eyes, but a feast for the tastebuds! Seared tuna, cannellini beans, egg, capers…heaven!

Nothing quite beats Italian beer…but have you tried Italian salted beer?! 🍺

The combination of Italian sea salt with the medium-bodied lager creates a smooth, rounded finish, that - paired with citrus and pine aromas - creates a full-flavoured and refreshing drink. Best paired with a Mamma Mia pizza, and a sit on our glorious terrace!😎

Two major reasons why our pizzas are so delicious…

🍕We make our own pizza dough every morning, leave it to rise for 8 hours, and do so using excellent Italian flour!

🍕We believe that sticking to tried and tested Italian cooking methods is key. 🔑 If you sit at our ‘Chef’s Table’ in Summertown, you can see through the window how your meal is cooked and prepared - and just how authentic it really is.

Also, you get a great view of our Chef’s spinning your homemade pizza dough around, which is always fun to watch! 😄
