Meet Becky, one of our incredible instructors! With over 20 years of fitness teaching experience, Beckyβs journey began when her children were born, and she found solace in the gym and fitness classes. From starting with ETM (exercise to music) to adding a variety of classes like Zumba, Body Conditioning, Spin, Fitness Pilates, Kettlebells, HIIT and Aqua, Beckyβs passion for fitness has only grown. In the last four years, sheβs expanded her expertise to include Purestretch, Somatic Stretch, Mindfulness and Breath-work.
βI love seeing people gain confidence, achieve new skills and surprise themselves. Thereβs nothing like dancing with a huge smile on your face and hearing laughter during a session. For me, a class is never about the instructorβitβs all about the participants. Every day, as I drive into the club, I know someone will make me laugh a lot, and someone will take a step forward in their journey. Bicester is an incredibly welcoming and friendly community. The members are a special group, and they make my job one I truly love.ββ€οΈ

Say hello to Kate, one of our incredible yoga instructors!
Kate has been sharing her love for yoga for the past 6 years, spending most of that time teaching in London. She teaches a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, breathwork and meditation. Kate also specialises in pre and postnatal yoga, supporting mothers on their journey before and after childbirth.
For Kate, yoga is a blend of movement, breathwork, meditation, visualisation and stillness. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to yogaβit's a deeply personal practice that caters to every individual and every body type. She loves to see her students leave her class with a smile.
Outside of teaching, Kate loves spending quality time with her little girl and her partner. Whether itβs catching up with friends, exploring the countryside, or simply enjoying some downtime, she values these moments of relaxation and connection.
Kateβs favourite pose is the Eight Point Stretch, a staple in her Yin classes. She loves teaching it because it feels amazing!

Meet Freddie, one of our fitness instructors! Freddie's journey into the world of fitness began in her mid-twenties when she stumbled upon a Zumba class that changed her life. This newfound love for exercise was the catalyst for a remarkable transformation, leading to a lifestyle change and an incredible 8-stone weight loss.
Freddie's enthusiasm for fitness didn't stop there. She pursued professional training and is now a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. However, Freddie's true passion lies in group exercise. She holds certifications in Aqua Aerobics, Zumba, Freestyle Exercise to Music and her absolute favourite ((BOUNCE)).
What Freddie loves most about teaching is the joy and inclusivity she brings to each class. Her goal is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their fitness level, feels welcome and has fun. She prides herself on creating a judgement-free environment where exercise is accessible and enjoyable for all.
Currently, Freddie is expanding her expertise even further by enrolling in yoga teacher training. Stay tuned for more exciting classes as she continues to grow and inspire others in their fitness journeys.
