We're only a few weeks away from starting our Ocean Diver course.

If you’re keen to learn to dive, the Ocean Diver course is the place to start. This entry-level open water diver qualification will equip you with the core skills to dive to a maximum of 20 metres in open water, in the UK and abroad.

We're back in Plymouth for some more diving off the club boat! All kinds of dive configurations being used today!

Congratulations to .g.williamson on completing his Instructor Foundation Course at the Britannia Royal Naval College!

A great achievement and a valuable addition to the clubs instructor team!

Our final award goes to John Garside, who was given the Dive Marshall award in recognition of his efforts in planning, managing and leading diving expeditions for the club last year, benefiting both training and recreational diving activities!

Congratulations from everyone at the club John!

Our penultimate award is chosen by our Boat Officer, which this year goes to Steven Litchfield!

Litchy provides heaps of experience and assistance in maintaining the club boat Endeavour, and also in skippering on dive weekends. Without volunteer skippers such as Litchy, the diving experience would be nowhere near as enjoyable, so a big thank you and congratulations from everyone at the club!

Next up, the Chairs Cup was awarded to Vikki Garside for putting a great deal of time and effort into helping to instruct our Ocean and Sports divers - which has recently been rounded off perfectly by Vikki also completing her own OWI qualification!

A huge thanks from everyone at the club for all the help and advice you provide!

Today we have a double header, with Andy Pickering taking home both the Dive Personality and Big Bottom Awards!

Andy was voted Dive Personality of the Year by the current club members and awarded the Big Bottom award for racking up a massive 1846 minutes of logged dive time - almost 8 hours more than the closest runner-up!!!

Congratulations Andy!!

Next up is our Novice Diver Award, which goes to Hannah Davis!

Hannah brought buckets of enthusiasm to her Ocean Diver training last year and has already progressed through her Sports Diver training this year and become a popular member of the club. We look forward to seeing where your scuba adventures take you!

Kicking off our 2023-24 award winners we have Stu Allen!

Stu received the coveted "Spade" award for putting in a huge effort to deliver a busy schedule for our club boat, Endeavour, something everyone in the club is incredibly grateful for!
