RISE Programme

RISE is a multi-country research programme on education systems that aims to deliver better learning

RISE is a seven-year research programme funded with UK and Australian aid from the UK and Australian governments, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. It is led, managed and implemented through a partnership among three organisations: Oxford Policy Management and the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford.
