We are now at the day of the event and ready to announce our third music act of the event.

We are pleased to announce Lawrence Williams:

I am "Laurence" due to performing live music around 3:15 on Saturday.

I am a singer and multi instrumentalist (Piano/Guitar/Bass & Drums) from Abingdon. For live performance purposes, I will be limiting to just Vocals/Keyboards and Guitar but perform alongside my specially created backings with myself on drums and bass, creating a "one man band" sound.

As a performer, I am also involved in a variety of music projects, including local original band "Port In A Storm," who first met attending Cheney School right next to the festival. I have performed all over the UK and abroad, and my own songs, including "Dance Your Stress Away," a song written during lockdown in 2020, have been streamed in many different countries across the globe.

Musically, I try to be very diverse, performing songs from as far back as Motown all the way through to the present day. I also work on various themed shows, including the popular "Synthecity Back To The 80's Show," which has been featured on the BBC.

With our third announcement and we are at the day of the event why not book tickets on the attached link to save time.

Alternatively you can pay at the gate either with cash or card payment.

We will look forward to see you for a great event in the sunshine over looking south park.

Come on you know you do not want to miss out on this event.

We are ready to announce our third street food trader who are well known for the restaurant in the oxford covered market and takeaway pizza's from the site on the New Yatt business Centre.

Last year was the first year they attended our event and they were so popular we invited them back again.

Please welcome Sartorelli's Pizza.

Partnered with Church Hanbrewery, Sartorelli's opened in April 2020 as a result of the Covid-19 lock-down restrictions.

It was started by Christian and Magnus to help the surrounding community by providing a service during a bleak time when treats would otherwise be scarce. Working quickly, we set up in one week and orders came flying in. Locals were thrilled to have this fresh new bite right on their doorstep and better yet; we deliver beer too!

We are now in two locations – in Church Hanbrewery in New Yatt and in the Covered Market in Oxford.

With only two days to go to the event, we recommend to buy your tickets in advance of the event.

They have been working with us since our very first event and produce an eclectic blend of Vegan and Vegetarian street food.

This has led them into working at a number of brewery taprooms across Oxfordshire.

Which means you have probably tried the selection of food they have on offer.

Our first street food trader will be Feast Queens.

Feast Queens are back for 2023. Our food is all homemade with love and they are all about freshness, flavour and feasting. We are wild about flavours from around the globe and love to jam pack herbs and spices into our colourful veggie creations. Our menus are unique and bespoke to each feast event and you are best to go for the ‘have it all’ option, so you get to taste everything that’s on offer! Feast Queens look forward to feasting with you at the BOBB 2023! ‘

They have an amazing location, great people working for the distillery, and produce some outstanding award winning spirits.

Please welcome our hosts, The Oxford Artisan Distillery.

The founding principle of The Oxford Artisan Distillery is that kind, thoughtful farming methods regenerate the land and encourage biodiversity. Why not join us on a tour to discover what makes heritage grain spirits special and follow every step of the journey from seed to still - and into the bottle.

We are now ready to announce our 10th brewery for the Big Oxford Beer Bash 2023.

They have a great reputation for producing some quality beers and varied in styles.

Our 10th brewery will be Little Ox Brew Co located in Freeland on the outskirts of Witney.

A passion for great beer and a wish to share our craft locally is what brought our small team together.

We created Little Ox with a vision to make craft beers that have a broad appeal with a twist from the traditional and challenge our drinkers to try new tastes.

Our community is at the heart of what we do, we open our brewery for taproom events to share our beer with local drinkers, show the workings of the brewery and have some great fun together.

You can find our beer on tap in a number of pubs, bars, and restaurants across Oxfordshire and beyond.

We aspire to be an inclusive business, that’s why we make all our beer gluten-free and vegan. We run a small core range, a larger number of occasional beers, and a brand-new special beer every month of the year.

All this beery goodness is available for anyone to buy direct from us by the can, keg or cask.

The bank holiday weekend is almost over, and most of us are back to work tomorrow.

What better way to get over the bank holiday blues than booking a ticket to the Big Oxford Beer Bash on the 20th of May 2023?

We are now ready to announce our 9th brewery for the event.

Our 9th brewery will be Church Hanbrewery, which has a great reputation for producing a wide range of quality beers.

Brewing since 2015, the brewery moved from Church Hanborough to New Yatt, and it’s still one of the smallest independent breweries in Oxfordshire, producing a range of interesting beers from continental to traditional styles.

Their motto, “Cloudness is purity” was a shock when they started, but nowadays, mostly local breweries produce unfiltered and unfined beers.

They have a tap room and also sell their beers at the Teardrop Bar in the Covered Market in Oxford, the first bar in the market.

You can buy your tickets on the below links, and the weather, according to the Met Check and the BBC, the weather is looking good.

The bank holiday weekend is here again, and we are ready to announce our 8th Brewery for BOBB 2023.

Our 8th Brewery will be Elements Brewing Company.

Elements Brewery Co. is an award-winning family owned and run brewery in the Cotswold 'wilds' - and it's been a wonderful journey to get here.

You'll find us on the outskirts of Burford - where we create new and exciting craft brews for our faithful followers! We have lived in some pretty exciting places over the past few years - South Africa, Australia & and the UK. These experiences have left their mark on us, especially their wild nature - which has influenced our wild creature brand.

Exciting elements from our travels come together to influence our beers...

We won't ever compromise on the quality of our ingredients or on service to our customers.

We continue to grow but at a pace, which means we are always considerate of the beer we make and the people who support us.

Thank you, fellow Beer Monsters - keep supporting us, and we'll keep bringing you delicious craft beer for years to come.

Our 7th brewery is The Wriggly Monkey Brewery.

The Wriggly Monkey Brewery launched in Oxfordshire in 2018, engineering beer for petrol heads.

Based at Bicester Heritage, a hub of motoring excellence, The Wriggly Monkey Brewery takes inspiration from the worlds of engineering and motoring, creating traditional real ales with flair. Think the stiff-upper lip of Winston Churchill combined with the craic of James Hunt.

You wouldn't be the first to ask where the name comes from.. a wriggly monkey is a key component of a Frazer Nash - one of our favourite types of car

We are now ready to announce our second brewery for BOBB 2023.

Based in the heart of the Cotswold resides Hawkstone Brewery, which uses only the best quality malted barley, which can be used, and only after it has passed a series of stringent quality tests.

Yet, it is a notoriously delicate crop, extremely susceptible to disease, and vulnerable to weather stresses.

The brewing process is no less laborious, including a 4-week maturing process. Lagering (as this is known) is like laying down a fine wine - it allows the flavours to mature and produces a smoother, more rounded lager. The carbonation in Hawkstone is naturally produced as part of the process, yielding bubbles that are smaller with a softer mouth feel. In total, it takes around 6 weeks to create Hawkstone Lager vs. an industry average of only 9 days.

The result is a unique, quality tasting lager that vindicates the extra time and effort invested: a lager that’s hard to make but easy to drink.

This has resulted in the release of 4 of the highest quality lagers, cider, and now Vodka.

The legendary Hakwtsone Arms located at the brewery has a growing reputation for great beer, live music and street food.

You can get your tickets for the event at https://www.tickettailor.com/events/bigoxfordbeerbash

Our third brewery appearing at the event will be announced later in the week.
