My career has been a diverse mixture from working with polo ponies and cattle in the Australian outback, to Assistant Manager at a busy restaurant in the centre of Oxford. In my time as a Sales and Events Executive for an outside caterer. I set up as a wedding and event planner as nothing gives me such a buzz than designing and organising that unique day for a special couple or family, sharing ideas and creating memories that should last a lifetime.
