Garden maintenance job this morning, a few grass cuts, some w**ding of beds which included feeding some roses with fresh manure… so yes I’ve even been shovelling 💩today, all part of the job😂

☔️☔️Well that was a wet one, thankfully I got the bulk of it done before the rain set in!☔️☔️

🍃🌿🥵100ft+ of privet hedge cut, shrubs shaped in the back and a cut back of the laurels at the front of the property to allow more light in but still keep some privacy.🥵🌿🍃

🌱🌱One from Friday…. First grass cut done on this new turf which had been laid a few months ago.🌱🌱

🍃🌿🌱It was a tad long and still very wet to say the least so I was glad to be using the big 166cc mower fitted with a high lift blade, a full bag of grass cuttings and another job ticked off.🌱🌿🍃

🌱🌿🌱I managed to start working through the back log of grass cuts today along side a couple of maintenance jobs, a few more days like this and we will be back on track after all the awful weather we have had since Christmas🌱🌿🌱

☎️I had a call from an elderly couple who had tried to dig out and remove a small section of bamboo but it was just too difficult for them.☎️

💪🏼🍃I stopped by at the end of today and job done.💪🏼🍃

🌸🌸They were over the moon and already planning a trip to the garden center for a couple of replacement shrubs.🌸🌸

🌤️Today we welcome the first day of spring, let’s hope the weather plays ball!🌤️

What was a bonus is it came off in one piece, so straight onto the van’s roof ready for disposal😅

☀️☀️It was over to Kingskerswell this afternoon for a front and rear garden tidy up. Absolutely glorious in the winter sunshine☀️☀️

🌿🌱🌳The job was to trim back the shrubs, w**d and clear the borders, re-edge the lawn to define the border, w**d the gravel areas around the property and cut the lawns. A general good tidy up🌳🌱🌿

🍂🌱🍁🌿Sometimes it’s not all about finesse, here’s a couple of jobs from today.
Twice a year visits to simply just strim everything down and keep it tidy for the owners🌿🍁🌱🍂

🎄Weather permitting a week to go until we break up for Christmas.🎄

✍️🗓️Taking bookings now for the new year, January is already filling up fast.🗓️✍️

🍂🍁Little hedge reduction done yesterday afternoon for a regular customer in Babbacombe.
Only 2/3ft was asked to be removed to allow more light to come into the garden when the sun drops but also keep the privacy from the playing fields behind.🍁🍂

🌿🌱This morning I was in Galmpton for a little job…a simple front and rear grass cut, strim the front bank and tidy up of the laurel shrub.🌱🌿

🍂🍁🍂Then it was back to Paignton to tidy up the leaves that have fallen over the last couple of weeks (forgot to get a photo😫) at a residential property I look after, whilst here I also cleared the aco drainage channels.🍂🍁🍂

🎄Busy busy, not long until the Christmas break🎄

🌅🍂🍁The sun going down at the end of another busy week, what a lovely treat.🍁🍂🌅

🥶🌤️I would certainly take crisp and sunny day like today over a wet miserable one like we had yesterday anytime …. Who wouldn’t!🌤️🥶

🌿🍂🌱This garden is another one on our 2 weekly maintenance schedule which usually includes grass cut, w**ding and a tidy up of the borders etc. The hedges and shrubs we usually do twice a year as a separate job.🌱🍂🌿

🎄Will be back again before Christmas to tidy up anything that needs doing, so it’s looking nice for when the customer’s family comes to stay at Christmas.🎄
