Due to a small number of last minute cancellations and no responses to confirmation messages we have created a new company policy to allow an easier process of repairing your vehicles. The policy is as follows:

1. Quotation and booking process
* Our staff will communicate clearly the work needed to be carried out on the customers vehicle.
* Quotations for the work will include a full price which includes labour charges, parts and VAT.
* We will offer you a range of available appointment times including the approximate amount of time the service will take.
* Should the unlikely event of inconvenience occur with how your vehicle is serviced, we will offer a second appointment as soon as possible to fix any issues caused. A refund will not be given.
* Our methods of payment accepted are cash or bank transfer only.

2. Cancellations
* We send a reminder message 7 days before your appointment. If we do not receive a response to that message within 48 hours your appointment will be cancelled.
* Should you need to cancel your appointment with us we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. This is so that we have time to fill your slot and avoid wasting our time.
* At this moment in time we DO NOT take a deposit for appointments. Failure to give us a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice will result in a non-refundable deposit being taken should you want to book with FCS again.
* If you would like to reschedule your appointment we still require a minimum of 48 hour notice.

3. Customer complaints
* Should an issue occur with the work completed on your vehicle we allow no more than 48 hours to submit a complaint. Any complaints made after that time are no longer our responsibility.
* We DO NOT leave a guarantee on any of our services.
* Should you leave a complaint within the 48 hour period, we will book you in to fix the issue as soon as we have an appointment available free of charge.
