Chorizo Sourdough. This, for me, is the best tasting bread I've ever eaten. The Chorizo is gently fried to release the oil. Then rose Harissa is stirred in. The oil is drained off. The Chorizo is used in a Smokey paprika dough and then the harissa infused oil is brushed on the bread as it comes out the oven to create a soft and spicey crust.
