Meet the face behind the scratches… 🤍

Hi all, my name is Apryll and I created AC Scratch Therapy after years of watching and loving ASMR. I particularly liked back scratches and hair brushing, and after years of thinking about how amazing it would be to have somewhere that offered this service, I decided to go out and do it! I completed my Diploma in Complete Body Massage so I could bring these tingly ASMR sessions to you all ✨️.

ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a sensory phenomenon, causing tingly sensations which usually begin from the scalp and moves down your body, creating a trance like state. ASMR can be brought on from things such as tapping noises, hair brushing, soft touch and scratch therapy. Shown to provide deep relaxation, improved mood and circulation, better sleep and even pain relief, leaving you with a feeling of peace and calm 🌸.

My goal is to provide some incredible mind, body and soul relaxation, helping to release the stresses of everyday life.

From me, you can expect a professional and safe space where you can allow yourself to drift into a trance with comfortable surroundings, relaxing music and mood lighting. I offer the following, but can also add anything you may prefer with discussion:

🌿 Hair brushing & hair play
🌿 Light skin scratching
🌿 Skin tracing (fingers, soft brushes and other tools)
🌿 Back, head, neck, arms & legs tingles, scratches & skin tracing.
