Excited to announce that after 4 weekends of intense study, I've passed my exam and earned 5 CPD points, becoming an NRLA -Accredited Landlord! 🎉

Two more courses to go: Letting Agent Fundamentals and HMO Fundamentals.

Stay tuned as I prepare to launch 3 new ventures focused on providing accommodation, solving property/real estate issues, and investment opportunities in Peterborough and surrounding areas.

Today I completed the NRLA - National Residential Landlords Association - Landlord Fundamentals course and passed the exam with 79%.

Working towards becoming an accredited landlord to ensure tenants needs are met and everything is legally compliant.

I’ve been viewing properties in Peterborough and there’s too many slum landlords out there. Something needs to be done to ensure safe homes free from health hazards.

Sat to my left is Andy, a companion since 2001 during our days at Barclaycard. Together, we embarked on the journey of founding Medialogix, an endeavor filled with countless rewarding moments. Andy's business acumen is unparalleled, and our synergy has always been remarkable. While he has since moved on from Medialogix, our joint venture in the property sector continues to flourish. Today, we delved into strategies for expanding our property business across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

Next in line is Andrew Jolly, a steadfast presence in our circle since 2004/2005, entrusted with the meticulous handling of secretarial, bookkeeping, and accounting matters. 💼

And to my right sits Dawn, my indispensable Executive Assistant. Without her unwavering support, my efficiency would undoubtedly suffer. Dawn seamlessly manages customer relations, supplier interactions, and operational tasks, allowing me to focus on strategic initiatives with peace of mind. Her reliability is unmatched, and I am immensely grateful for her dedication. 🙏

Indeed, without an effective team, achieving one's goals becomes an arduous task. 💪

As I look ahead to the remainder of 2024, I am filled with anticipation to amplify our efforts and pursue even greater heights. 🚀

🌪 Started with a visit to check on the progress of our solution implementation at the Metropolitan Police Service - exciting to see things coming together!

🚓 Then, a productive afternoon meeting at the City of London Police, brainstorming ways to enhance collaboration with the Met police. Love being part of initiatives that strengthen our public services and society as a whole!

Now, off to a business networking event in Stratford...phew, it's shaping up to be a long but fulfilling day! 💼💡

Today at Durham Constabulary was incredibly productive!

Met with CSI’s, IT, Fingerprint Team, and forensics imaging unit to streamline processes and enhance their Fotoware solution. Discussed ways in which my company Medialogix can help their IT department to solve issues faster.

Explored ways to cut storage costs and boost efficiency using existing software. Contributing to public safety and community well-being is immensely satisfying.

Working with passionate professionals dedicated to serving their communities is a privilege.

Eager to return in a few months to refine strategies and strengthen efficiency further. Our collaboration isn't just about optimization; it's about building safer, resilient communities. Excited for the next phase!
