Ahhhhhh!!! This is my first market fair I’m selling all my creations please if you have any free time pop along and enjoy the goods on offer ❤️❤️❤️

This little beauty was a commission piece. I was asked to make a doll with long arms and long legs. She needed to have wild ginger hair and a pretty face.
She was a memory piece for a ladies mum, she’s currently in a home with dementia. She had a rag doll when she was young so wanted to try and replicate it.

The dress, shoes and knickers are made from her mums cardigan. We unravelled it and carefully crocheted it back together, it was tough as the yarn was fraying as I went.

She’s a really pretty little one, I have enjoyed making her and I hope she brings comfort to the family. I personally no the side effects of a special person having Alzheimer’s within the family ❤️❤️
