I have always believed that Art is great therapy and you don't need to be Leonardo Da Vinci to do it. But seriously its great to keep your mind in a good place when ill. Todays society there is all sorts of mental health problems for a heck of a lot of people. Its not nice, everyday people suffer, But getting out from our brains onto paper is a great release and like I say you don't have to be a genius to do it. I'm far from perfect but painting has helped me for years. # # #

This is a copy of my book a hardback copy I bought myself to see results for myself and I am very pleased. Its a bit expensive at the moment but i need to advertise more to get my name out there, A great gift or just for self it has a heading for each painting. 137 all together. I am not receiving royalties but wont be at the moment. If anyone is interested its on Amazon. Enjoy. # # #
