We wanted to take a moment to share an incredible story that unfolded at Katana Yesterday, where Josh our Bartender demonstrated extraordinary bravery and quick thinking when he saved a baby's life who was choking.

In a moment of crisis, Josh sprang into action, performing life-saving techniques without hesitation. His calmness under pressure and swift response saved the day and ensured the safety of the baby.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Josh as part of our team. His selflessness and dedication to helping others embody the values we hold in our Katana.
